14 天内无理由退款。
If AptaPilot is not what you needed, email contact@zxiaohan.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the request, and it applies to every paid plan — subscriptions and one-time perpetual licences alike.
如果 AptaPilot 不合你的需要，在扣款后 14 天内发邮件到 contact@zxiaohan.com，我们全额退款。 无需说明理由，且适用于所有付费计划 —— 订阅与一次性买断皆可。
How to ask怎么申请
Email us from the address on the account, and say which charge you mean. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; how quickly it appears is up to your bank, usually 5–10 business days.
用账号邮箱来信，说明是哪一笔扣款即可。我们争取 3 个工作日内答复。 通过审核的退款由 Stripe 原路退回，到账时间取决于你的发卡行，通常 5–10 个工作日。
What happens to your licence退款后的授权
A refund ends the licence it paid for: the edition it unlocked is revoked, and the account drops back to the free academic tier. You keep your account, your profile and your data — nothing is deleted, and you can buy again later.
退款会终止对应的授权：该笔付费解锁的版本被吊销，账号回落到免费学术版。 账号、资料与数据都保留 —— 不会删除任何东西，之后仍可再次购买。
After 14 days14 天之后
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-used periods, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, write to us — we would rather sort it out than have you dispute it.
订阅可随时在账号页取消。取消后不再续费，已付费周期内仍可使用。 我们不对已使用的部分周期按比例退款；但如果某次续费让你措手不及，请来信 —— 我们更愿意直接处理，而不是让你走拒付。
A few limits少数例外
- The academic tier is free, so there is nothing to refund. 学术版免费，不存在退款问题。
- Enterprise agreements are refunded according to the contract signed, not this page. 企业协议按所签合同处理，不适用本页。
- Repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same account may be declined. 同一账号反复购买再退款，我们可能不予受理。
Nothing here limits the statutory rights you may have as a consumer where you live — including the right, in some countries, to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days.
本页不限制你所在地法律赋予消费者的法定权利 —— 包括某些国家规定的数字商品 14 天撤回权。
